Documents and Maps

Over the next two years, the Existing Conditions Report, General Plan, and related environmental documents will be prepared. As the documents are published, they will be posted to this page.

For more information related to past community meetings and workshops, please see the Community Events page on our website. For more information regarding ongoing City plans and programs, please see the official Red Bluff Website.

Summary of Initial Community Input

In the Fall of 2021 the City conducted two General Plan Update Workshops, which provided an opportunity for community members and City leadership to identify key issues, challenges, and priorities that the City should address and consider as part of the General Plan Update. The City also hosted an online survey, which provided additional opportunities for input and participation.

The Outreach Summary Report (pdf) provides an overview of the outreach activities that have been conducted to date (Visioning Workshop, Planning Commission/CIty Council Workshop, Stakeholder Surveys, Online Survey, etc.) and includes a detailed summary of all of the public input received.

Additional opportunities for public input and participation will be provided during future stages of the General Plan Update process.

Existing Conditions Report
The Existing Conditions Report (pdf) takes a "snapshot" of Red Bluff's current trends and conditions. It provides a detailed description of a wide range of topics within the city, such as demographic and economic conditions, land use, public facilities, and environmental resources. The Existing Conditions Report provides decision-makers, the public, and local agencies with context for making policy decisions.
