General Plan: The City has completed a draft of the General Plan Update, which includes Goals, Policies, and Actions to guide growth, development, resource conservation, and policy direction for Red Bluff for the next 20 years. The public is encouraged to review and comment on the Draft General Plan, which can be downloaded here.
Draft EIR: The Draft EIR includes an analysis of the potential environmental effects of adoption and implementation of the Draft General Plan, as required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The public is encouraged to review and comment on the Draft EIR, which can be downloaded here.

The City will host a public workshop to provide additional opportunities for the public to participate in the General Plan Update and EIR process. The Workshop will be held on October 30th, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at: 555 Washington St. Red Bluff, CA 96080.
